The String of Hearts makes a wonderful addition to your plant collection.
Ceropegia woodii is part of Apocynaceae family. It is native to South West Africa.
Ceropegia has small heart shaped leaves with a cute green lace pattern and pink undersides that grow along a trailing vine.
Also known as Rosary Vine or Chain of Hearts, Ceropegia woodii is not a succulent, but it does store water in its stems and plant care is very similar to that of a succulent. String of Hearts is extremely easy to look after and very tolerant of neglect.
Ceropegia woodii is easy to care for, following its basic care requirements of bright indirect to medium light. Keep the soil lightly moist but don’t let Ceropegia to sit in water, this plant doesn't like wet feet, so must be kept in a well draining potting mix.
