Oxalis is the largest genus in the family Oxalidaceae and represents 800+ species within the family, native to the tropical climates of South America and South Asia.
Oxalis Triangularis Red (also known as false shamrock, purple shamrock) is a wonderful purple plant that can be grown outdoors or indoors as a houseplant.
Easy to care for plant, following its basic care requirements of bright indirect light or direct sunlight for a few hours a day.
Allow the soil to dry out completely before next watering. Less watering is required in winter. Water directly to the soil not the rosette. Don’t let the plant to sit in water, so must be kept in a well draining potting mix.
